For 70 years, business leaders have been combining their individual visions to form the Roanoke Valley Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is filled with successful people who want to have a voice in the future of the Roanoke Valley. A few of the benefits of joining the Chamber include participation in our gift check program; networking functions, such as Business After Hours and the Annual Banquet; and our referral service. We are continually restructuring these programs and adding new ones to foster economic development and represent business interests.

The Chamber is an organization that operates through the annual dues paid by our members. We also rely heavily on volunteers from our membership for operational purposes. A volunteer board of directors leads our organization. Our committees also consist of volunteers who help create the programs and services we offer for the benefit of the business community. The Chamber president, with a staff of employees, manages the Chamber's day-to-day operations.
